Full thrust tapered roller bearing for rolling mill screw-down mechanism

Bearings of this kind are designed especially for rolling mill screw-down mechanism. These bearings have no cage and the entire raceway is full of balls, so they can bear one-way bigger axial loads.

In order to meet the requirement of rolling mill screw-down mechanism for processing the top of bearing collar into type TTSX (4397/000) convex spherical surface or type TTSV (4397/000) concave spherical surface for uniform contact with the matched special-shaped transverse plane. Even loads on bearings can be guaranteed when the bearing axis opposite to the screw-down mechanism has certain tilts.

As rollers of these bearings are featured by poor interchangeability, there is a need to prevent mixed mounting of rollers and fill with grease inside the bearing.
