The inner and outer rings of tapered roller bearings have tapered raceways with tapered rollers in between. If the cone surface extends, the rollers will eventually meet at a point on the bearing axis.
Tapered roller bearings are mainly used to bear radially and axially combined loads, mainly radial loads. The axial load bearing capacity of these bearings is determined by the contact angle α. Larger α means a greater carrying capacity of the bearings. They are applicable to low-speed and medium-speed rolling mills.
Tapered roller bearings are separable bearings with the inner assemblies composed of rollers and the inner ring cage, which can be mounted separately with the outer ring.
Type 350000: bearings of this kind have one outer ring with double raceways and two inner rings, and there is one spacer ring between the two inner rings. Changing the thickness of the spacer ring can adjust the bearing clearance. Bearings of this kind can bear two-way axial loads while withstanding radial loads. See Chart 1.

Bearings of this kind can bear bigger radial loads and axial loads, but they have low limit speed and are mainly used in heavy-duty machineries, such as rolling mills. See Chart 3.
